Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our refund policy.

You get 30 calendar days to return any items you’re not happy with. This 30 days returns period starts from the day you receive your order.

Any payment for the order will be refunded to your original payment method. If you paid through PayPal, your PayPal account will be refunded. If you paid through Card, your card will be refunded.

What do I do if my package and products were damaged?

We do our best to ship your order in a safe and secure way, but if your order for any reason or in anyway arrive damaged, please let us know straight away so we can help you solve the problem. If your package and products were damaged upon arrival contact us with pictures both of the damaged package and the damaged goods. You can do this through the contact form or by sending us an email on [email protected]. As soon as we receive the pictures of the damaged package and products, upon acceptance of the faults we will resend the order or full refund money. Any payment for the order will be refunded to your original payment method. You don't need return damaged products. 

Can I exchange a product? 

If you would like to exchange your received products for something else, it is processed like a regular return. Please contact us at [email protected] before returning any items and remember to state your order number and relevant contact information in the e-mail. The products that will be returned must be in original packaging and condition. Please note that you are responsible for the shipping back to us. We will refund you as soon as we receive the products. Any payment for the order will be refunded to your original payment method. You can then make a new purchase in our web shop.

If you received something different

from what you ordered, please contact us, you can do this through the contact form or by sending us an email on [email protected]. We will resend the order, you don't need return wrong products.

If you don't received order we will full refund or resend.

After we receive the package, we will contact you to confirm that your order has been cancelled. Your refund should be finalized within 2 days of cancellation, however, we will do our best to do it asap. Any payment for the order will be refunded to your original payment method.
